Hi guys! I'm new to the forum so I'm sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section.
I'm also new to working with Dynamics CRM and was handed an integration project developed using the Organization service. We recently upgraded our online CRM from 2015 to 2016 and I've found an issue.
The integration creates a campaign activity which has a custom field of data type "Single line of text" with format "URL". We're saving an URL to this field to be able to click it and open it in a popup window. When the campaign activity is created, the custom field is set and the link displays correctly. But when I click the link I'm redirected to an URL with querystring parameters in a different order to what the we save (and whats presented in the field).
Let's take an example, we try to save this link http://www.example.com/foo/?id=1&share=2&crc=FB7EKD and that displays corretly ,but when I click the link I'm redirected to http://www.example.com/foo/?id=1&crc=FB7EKD&share=2
We rely on these parameters to be in their original order. Have anyone seen this before or know of a solution to the problem?
