I am currently in the process of implementing an external customer portal using the CRM Portal Plugin on a newly provisioned Dynamics 365 environment. As part of the configuration of the portal I would like to implement 2 factor authentication using SMS. Previous Adxstudio documentation specifies that Adxstudio SMS Messaging Identity solution package is required to be installed with the inclusion of Adxstudio SMS Messaging & Adxstudio SMS Messaging - Twilio. Within the latest Administration Guide for CRM Portal I am unable to find an equivalent reference other than enabling Authentication/Registration/TwoFactorEnabled and Authentication/Registration/MobilePhoneEnabled.
If anyone has enabled SMS for CRM Portal on Dynamcis 365 I would appreciate your feedback.
