I am currently working on a new CRM project for a non profit organization. Fairly large size of 300 head counts.
The stakeholders includes donors, volunteers, government ministry, patients, caregivers and therapists.
The donor and volunteers would have transaction records like donation and volunteering hours.
The patients would have clinical or therapy transaction records.
Is it thus recommended to keep the CRM lean by separating the donors with the patients?
That is donors and volunteers on one CRM, patients and therapy on another?
Or is it okay to have everyone together?
One consideration is that only a small number of patients are donors, vice versa.
