Dear all,

I have a wierd issue that I have no idea how can I properly handle it.
It is all concern about Leads which can comes from anywhere and any lead is a potential customer. So so far each time we have a contact we record is as a lead in our CRM.

But the problem we have is the next step which is define as below :

1 - We try to recontact leads by sending an email

2- If the lead as not respond or read our email after a week or 2, then we considéré is as a not anymore lead and we close it or delete it.

The problem is that it could happen, that in 6 month a closed lead suddenly happen again and ask you something.

Q1 : So basically how to you consider a Lead as a not interrested in your experience ? after no reply to certain amount of mail ? what is the good rule

Q2 : How to you correctly qualify a non interesting lead at this moment bu which could raise up again in future ?

Today I have to say that my Lead section is spoiled with a lot of simple email adress and have no idea our to organise them correctly. I have understood that a Lead should be qulify fast as a good or not good in order to concentrate on something else.

Thanks for sharing your rules and the way you organise them in order for me to be more productive in that lead qualification
