Opportunity form Option set

Hi all,

In Opportunity form I need to change  Service type to Business Unit and  I need to change drop down from previous options to  to given options in  option set -I have done up-to this.

question is they are asking to Map one option set that is CO to DCCI.

how to map this???any idea will suggested will be verified.
