We have a user who first installed Office 365 64-bit version. Unfortunately the 64-bit version is not working with Skype for Business, so we have to uninstall it, then reinstall the 32-bit version.
Then we used to have CRM 2013 on-premise which we just recently upgraded to the 2016 version. This user uninstall her CRM 2013 Outlook plugin. However when installing the 2016 version, she keeps getting error message below:
Your version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook isn’t supported for upgrading to CRM 2016 for Outlook. You must first upgrade CRM for Outlook to a version that is supported for upgrading to CRM 2016 for Outlook.
We have confirmed that all older versions of CRM are uninstalled, even deleted all CRM related registry keys but continue to receive the same error.
