One day shift when displaying date in english format

Hello all,

When I try to print a custom invoice report whith the date where the Format is 'MMMM d yyyy', the date is displayed with one day behind. The same report (just translated) with the date format 'd MMMM yyyy' has the date displayed correctly. Apart from the format, both filed are strictly the same.

Any idea on how to correct that ? My CRM uses both report in french and in english.
