Dynamics 365 App for Outlook Error

Hi all,

Since two weeks some users get the error message below, when they try to start the Outlook Add-In.


The login still works, but after that the error message appears.

We have checked and updated the TLS, unfortunately without success.

As mentioned above, not all users are affected.
Do you have a solution suggestion?
