I'm trying to schedule a service activity via the portal.
According to the ADX documentation one can do so using schedule-service.aspx page template. However, none of the portal add-ons demonstrates this ability. I added a page template and a page that is based on this template, and it actually seems to work (it allows selecting a service and the dates and when clicking Find Available Times it shows possible results), however, when selecting a result and clicking the button with no label below the grid an error is displayed and the service activity is not created in CRM.
Is this supposed to work (and perhaps there is also a way to add a label to the button)?
Also, is there a way to show the resources in the returned results to choose from, rather than just the time slots?
