Been using Dynamics CRM Online for 2 years. Recently upgraded our instance to 2016 Update 1.
We are getting ready to roll out a very basic Help Desk and were hoping to use the Engagement Hub. However - when I go into the Engagement Hub and create a test case, there's no 'Resolve' button in the ribbon like there is in the 'normal' forms. I also can't find a link to resolve a case ANYWHERE in the Engagement Hub forms.
Is there something I need to enable to be able to resolve cases in the engagement hub? I've tried turning off the out of the box Business Processes that come with the Case entity and the Interactive forms to see if that was somehow the culprit - but no dice.
