I am preparing to integrate LinkedIn with our office Dynamics CRM 2011 and have concerns about the effect on the users of the platform.
Importing LinkedIn as a managed solution is prompting an overwrite of existing CRM components and information that have been customized specifically for our company. If I proceed with integration, what implications can we expect on the CRM as it currently stands.
