Pending Emails- how do i send them?

Every time I log into Dynamics I receive the warning below. I know this is from a bulk deletion I created that will not go through until the email is sent but i don't know how to send these emails. Where do i do this? Also how do I set this up so the bulk deletion goes through without me having to approve it?
