Is it possible to make custom components for CRM portals version 8? Like a calendar? Or a custom multi step form that uses custom JS that can kick off workflows or business rules?
In the Administrator's Guide to portal capabilities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 it references custom snippets on page 89 "For information on how to develop with snippets, see the developer's guide." however I can't find a developers guide.
In this guide, it says we can, but on the webpage it says we can't. I am confused.
I want to be able to make custom components like we can with salesforce.com's communities.
I have gotten conflicting answers from Microsoft's partners as well.
