MS Outlook 2016 Client - The caller was not authenticated by the service

Dynamics 365 On -premise

MS Outlook 2016 

I am setting up MS Outlook and Dynamics 365 integration and when I try to connect  to an organization I get the following error:

Any ideas what is going on and how to resolve this issue?  Thanks.
