Hello,
I have the following Problem:
The Icon for Queues is in the SiteMap, but if I click on it nothing happens. The Navigation menu changes and says that I see the Queues, but nothing else changes. If I now try to reload the page I get a blank page only with the CRM Navigation.
I have the privileges of a System admin so that can't be the Problem.
The System is CRM 2016 on premise and it was migrated.
Has someone an idea why I cannot see the Queues anymore?
