Attach image in PDF Report and Deploy on CRM

Hi,

I am creating report with the help of iTextSharp which is a third party dll. I have also used Ilmerge to merge the dll and build single dll.

My problem is:-

I have add images on report and set the image folder on root of the application and deploy with none, but when i run the workflow, i am getting error as 

"
Error: Repeat this action. If the problem persists, search for a solution in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community, or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator. In the end, you can contact Microsoft Support."

Please suggest , how to resolve this issue.
