Click Dimensions - Send Emails triggered by custom entities

Hello,

Trying Click Dimensions, trying to send individual emails based on the changes in custom entities, having troubles setting this up.

Scenario:

1. A Contact applies for a job (Custom Entity Application)

2. This contact submitted Application01 and Application02

3. A CRM user, based on the job application logic, approves Application01 and denies Application02

3. An application-based workflow, triggered by on Application Status field changes (twice), creates a Click Dimension Email Send that sends a email for each application status.

What is a proper way to do it?
