In app Marketing- unable to see activity configuration in distribute campaign window

Hi,

We are using in app campaign management functionality. when distributing the campaign activity via any activity channel we are not able to see our configuration changes in the dialog which're done on the activity itself. E.g. Appointment activity, we have "appointment type" custom field which doesn't appear on the dialog. Any idea why?

whereas the appointment activity itself has a custom field "Appointment type"

We are observing similar behaviour when running quick campaign
