I'm trying to set up the Outlook Client on a machine and I'm getting the following message "There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server." Make sure this server is not available. Try again later. If the problem persists, contact your System administrator. "
And the following message is: "The call was not authenticated by the service".
In detail, the address is published for external access, but without the protocol "https" and yes the http and the machine that I am trying to use Client is not on the network and is outside the domain.
I tried the external access IP but without success.
What can it be?
