For a CRMOL 2016 update 1 (Dutch) customer we are helping in customizing CRMOL for his company.
Here we are looking for the correct "so-called" Customer Portal setup procedure...
We've checked our update status and it seems that we should be able to activate this add-on!
Looking for the correct Portal setup we studied the Admin documentation and struggled with how we should procede in setting this up the correct way?
Logging in the control center , the marketing tile is greyed out (being installed) but to our knowledge this has nothing to do with Portal availability, but we are not sure now?
Question: What are the correct steps to setup CRMOL customer portal in CRMOL 2016 update 1 ?
