Hi,
I have created some queue dashboard and using a mailbox. So when a email activity is created, I can pick the queue item etc etc.
But sometimes I also wan't to create a case for the specific queue item. I can convert the queue to an case.
The problem is that I don't see any links (I selected case number, with case as object in my all queued item list) from the queued item to the case.
If I enter the case manually dough, the email activity is however attached to the case.
Why is there no relationship from the queued item to the created case?
