CRMOL to Dynamics 365 path

Hello to all,

We are utilizing the CRMOL license that comes with Partnership Subscriptions Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Professional for Partners.

We are trying to find out which license we will be updated to when migrated to Dynamics 365 through the Customer Driven Update (CDU) process which starts scheduling in December 2016.

Is there any documentation on roadmap, dates and licensing mapping?
