How to hide link button in flyout button of application Ribbon

I have flyout button in Application Ribbon with 3 menu items and submenu under each menu

I am able to hide Submenu by using display rule but if I apply same rule using which I hide Submenu it will not hide Menu Item.I want to hide highlighted with red color.
