Sandbox error after adding a new backend sever in CRM On premises - Microsoft Dynamics CRM has experienced an error. Reference number for administrators or support: #AF238B20

Hi ,

We have 2 FEnd and 2 BEnd servers and 1 db server . We don't have internet access any of the production servers network.  We have a custom CTI solution(provided by 3rd party vendor that solution was imported in CRM application .When open custom solution from application it will show an online registration form and we have to filled it then submit, it will generate 10 years license key. 

But one of the Backend server is required internet access to get the license which is connect to vender cloud url and update license  key in our system.

What we did we added a new backend server non production network(production AD Group). We shut down Backend 2 and 3 Servers and available the new backend sever(access internet but non production network) and open the solution but getting sandbox error - 

Error: System.ServiceModel.CommunicationObjectFaultedException: The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state. We verify spn and tested by running asynchronous system bulk delete jobs and workflow which correct and working without issue. 

The custom solution has a plugins and deployed isolate sandbox mode and it is trying to connect vendor website to get the license key.

Can you please help us to fix this issue .
