We are upgrading our CRM environment from 2011 to 2016. One the major selling points was the ability to go offline in Outlook. However, we have been having a major problem with some of our forms. For example, we have customized the Quote quite a bit. The form looks perfect when online. However, once we go offline, the form reverts to the OOTB version, even though this version no longer exists. It also shows deactivated forms offline. Oddly, the Account entity is behaving as it should. I can;t seem to find the smoking gun. Why aren't the same rules being followed once I'm offline.
