Get multiple values from single option set menu

Hi guys,

I have this option set list that keeps the name of events with the date, city, country. I can make the value of each record be delimited by comma or semicolon, but is there a way to read a single text field (02 Sep, Atlanta, USA) to get its information?

I need from a single record get the date, the city and the country, so I can create/update the Lead with these values.

Or is there any other way to get this without coding?
