Hello,
I have a requirement to automate the mail generated by Distribute Campaign Activity button .
So, when you go to a Campaign-> select Email as channel-> Save it -> Add Campaign activity->the Email form that opens up, I want it to always have a generic Support id in From section. Refer the screenshot attached.
After comparing it with a normal Email activity form, I assume its not the Email activity form,
how do I automate this , even with Ribbon Workbench.
Ideas?
