You do not have {0} permission to access {1} records error message appears when using Categorized search

Hello.

We are having the error "You do not have {0} permission to access {1} records." when using the Categorized search on D365. The problem is somewhere on the Security roles because the users getting the error are using Custom Role. The functionality works fine with Admin role. 

Can you help me?
