CRM 2016 - Mass/quick create business rules

Hello, is anybody aware of any sort of third party tool that allows us to either quick create business rules or easily bulk create them?

I am using the third party solution Easy MetaData to create sets of fields. Each set is an option set, two long descriptions, and a date. There's probably 20-30 of these, and Easy MetaData lets me put these in easily.

However, now I want to create business rules for each set of these, and if there's some way I could bulk insert them similar to how Easy MetaData works (or XRMToolBox, etc) that would be awesome.
