email templates

hi

I need to crate an email that consists of 7 entity's data in one template! and if poseble take into account relevant data and only pull data from one of the entity's rather than all 7. the only option I have come up with is to use:

syntax

{!<entityname>:<fieldname>;}

but this will be massive and very unusable.

any ideas I would be grateful
