Dynamics (CRM) 365: is there a on-premises version?

Dear all

Is there/or will there be an on-premises version of Dynamics 365 ?? Or is it only available online/in the cloud?

Sorry to ask this question. But first I thought there will only an online version. Then I found this article:

which mentions as well a on-premises version.

If there was an on-premises version....where can I download it? I was looking on MSDN...but haven't found it.
