Add new Order Product - error

After Update 1 for CRM 2016 this weekend I get an error when clicking the "Add new Product Order". This applies in both OnPremise and Online. Anyone has any ideas?

It's this button that doesn't seem to behave as expected any longer:

I get the error in IE and Chrome - Chrome kindly lets me see an errorlog, but it seems inconclusive:

Unhandled Exception: System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault, Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk, Version=8.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35]]: System.Web.HttpUnhandledException: Microsoft Dynamics CRM has experienced an error. </OrganizationServiceFault>

I have double checked in 2015 - no problem. I have checked that the error also occurs in a "clean" environment, and now I am at a loss - hoping someone might be able to assist?

Kind Regards
