CTI(CIC) Integration with Unified Service Desk

One of our customer using CIC as CTI Vendor. We want to integrate this CIC with Unified Service Desk. Can anybody knows what event I can track when an conversion is added to an Agent from the queue. I want to Create a Session whenever the Conversion to the agent.  Like Lync provides ConversationAdded event of Lync client does CIC also provided any event like that.
