Email field not being filled in Word-template

Hi,

I have two different contacts. Both have email-fields which are filled correctly in the CRM.

When using the Word-template functionality to fetch contact data into a document for both of these contacts individually, only the other document has email information and the other document does not. What might be the reason for this, very puzzling.
