Outlook Client - Create Custom Dialogue When Task Button is Clicked

Hi All,

I have a need to display a dialogue box when the tracked button is clicked in the Outlook client for compliance purposes - we are currently using Dynamics 365. Is there a way to do this or can someone suggest another way to do it?
