Dear all,
In our company we have different type of people. Some works only with CRM online and some others prefer to work with CRM outlook app plug in from outlook.
The question I have based on this is that, when you send and email from outlook and not from inside CRM, how to get that email tracked into CRM ?
I remember that we get trouble in the past where email was not track in CRM if theire were send from outlook.
