Notify users when we Distribute Campaign Activity and choose a user or team to be assigned to

Hello everyone!

I have a Phone Campaign Activity and want to inform the user/users i assign the campaign to. I choose Distribute Campaign Activity and choose Assign to another user or team. This way the workflow won't start. 

The only way to start the workflow is by manually changing the Owner before distributing the Campaign Activity.

Is there a way to do this?
