We had a user who experienced long delay to load emails from queues / activities.. every time this user open a email take more than 30 secs to load it .... we can see buffering image and says requesting data for longer time then it open the email ... very annoy user as the user has to deal with emails a lot. we check all posibilities to find a trace of cause and we couldn't .... check PC , firewall, other users login to same machine and access CRM , access this user in some one else machine etc etc.... but we couldn't resolve the issue.
we have cleared recentPreviewXML data from sql and reload CRM that didn't make any difference either. so we end up deleting an d re creating user in AD and but didn't work wither. we had to create brand new user in AD and CRM inorder to solve the issue. but still we don't know how this fixed the issue.
recreating user should not be the solution as if this happened to another user we will be end up creating multiple users .....
Anyone face this issue and know how to resolve please share with us that will be great
