Our CRM behave weirdly for this particular user. when one of our user send emails to other staff member , that always generate queue item. I am not sure whether the problem with sender or recipient user.
there are no back end workflows that I can see emails to this user create queue item.
And we have checked the outlook email settings for sender and recipient cannot find any reason why the emails for this recipient create queue item in Sales queue even though its is not copied to sales user neither the default queue for recipient is sales queue.
could anyone guide me to track the issue please
