Below is my scenario.
User 1 created a record in CRM .
User 2 has CRM web app open in browser. User 1 assigns the created record to User 2. Now User 2 will refresh the view ( records owned by him) and he will see the assigned record. As long as he dont refresh he don't see the assignment.
Is it possible to make User 2 know of this assignment. Like the new emails coming to our mail box. when the mailbox is open we keep seeing them without any trigger from our end.
Or like the small box that comes in the bottom right of our desktop/laptop when ever a new email comes .
I am not looking for email/sms notifications. Looking some sort of asynchronous refresh ( but not like refresh base don time ) of view based on new record that is added to the DB , change to data - like when record is reassigned.
