I am interested in a process that will allow me to auto populate a contact information into a new email. It will be what I call a Virtural Introduction Email. I can't find any process like this anywhere so I thought I would start here.
I am not sure if I create a Business Process Flow or a Workflow. My objective is
- Create a new email
- I will use an email template the I have already created called "virtual introduction" the email has fields for my contact person that I will be providing to my email recipient
- Provide the contact information that I want to auto populate the fields in the email
How can i accomplish these two tasks in a workflow or process?
