MS CRM Timer using SLA

Hi All,

I added SLA Timer, for this I created SLA for my custom entity and Quick view form on SLA KPI and created one relation ship with my custom entity. And after that I added QV Form in my custom entity. Till now everything is perfect. My requirement is I need to check how much time it took from Status Active to Close (This OS Attribute is custom field. Not status reason) So I didnt add any failure time or warning time. And my timer also running fine.

Now my issues are


1) Even though it is showing paused/Cancelled as a status in front end. But in backend it is counting time. I dont know its bug or feature.

2) This timer is in child Entity. I need to take average value of this timer from all child entities and Update average value in parent entity.

Is there any chance to achieve above 2 issues. It will be really helpful .
