From the starting of this week, we are facing the below error in Dynamics 365 CRM. We raised the support ticket[SR number: 119021819678017] and it is mentioned that the fix will be rolled out in mid of Mar-2019. This issue seriously affecting our day to day sales activities, we need to manually recreate affected invoices.
For all our products we maintain discount list based on quantity in Dynamics 365. The discount is applied properly when we can create opportunity and then the quote. When we create order from that quote, the discounted price is not applied.
If there is any workaround for this issue, please provide. This issue is eating hours daily for our sales team.
