Hello,
When an opportunity is created via a workflow none of the account information pulls through within our Opportunity view.
Had to black out some PII, but the Topics that contain DATE TIME - OPEN OPP CREATED - were opportunities created via a workflow.
The blank fields are all fields within the Account record. This view is simply looking for that account information pertaining to that account record... The information is there, but for some reason it does not want to pull it through.
In this snip the columns that pertain to the account entity are: Business Unit (Account), Last Contact Date (Account), Address 1: City (Account), State/Province (Account)
This workflow is an essential part of our business process, any help to get this bug fixed would be appreciative!
