Need to create a Process

Hi Everybody,

I need to put a process for a business unit:

They want to Export contacts based on "their business unit or Sales Rep " (field will be create in the contact entity).
these contacts will be Updated by the Sales Rep during the show that they are attending (email, phone, title, etc ...) and Added new contacts as needed
Re-import these contacts into the CRM by adding an Appointment also (name and date predetermined, status completed).

Is there any way to do this ?
