Hi CRMers,
We are trying to sync Dynamics CRM 2013 On premise with Exchange server 2010 SP3. We also enabled SSL and on both CRM and Exchange. But we are getting so many issues like mailbox is disabled etc.

Issue:
1. Mailbox is disabled.
Errors:
1. The email message "Test Message" cannot be sent. Make sure that the credentials specified in the mailbox XXXXXXXX are correct and have sufficient permissions for sending email. Then, enable the mailbox for email processing.
2. Email cannot be received for the mailbox XXXXXXXX. Make sure that the credentials specified in the mailbox are correct and have sufficient permissions for receiving email. Then, enable the mailbox for email processing.
Our Attempts:
For the mailbox XXXXXXX we tried to "Approve Email" and "Test & Enable Mailbox" couple of times.
We are getting errors as mentioned above 1 and 2.
Based on above scenario, can you please let us know where we are missing the puzzled piece to integrate CRM with Exchange server.
We appreciate your help.
