Some of user unable to open the records

I was confused by this problem.  Some of user with same security role with others,  unable to open the case record. And other user is able to open case record.  But unable to assign.   I checked the security role, and see that everything is fine.  For create,  delete,  assign,  write and etc are set to full green (organization).   The problem just come without reason.  Nobody change the customization of the security role or users today.  We just editing the form of the case.  Is editing the form can cause this error?
