can't export default solution

hi all.

when i try to export my default solution, the window closes right after i set the parameters and press "Next".

This happens on various browsers.

I'm experiencing this on CRM 2013 SP1 w/ UR1 and on CRM 2013 SP1 w/ UR2.

Any ideas?
