While creating new case form Customer Self Service Portal, I end up with "An unknown failure has occurred. Error ID # [Random #]".
- any thoughts to get it working ?
- how to track-back this error?
- or any change to narrow down this error ?
OR
- Can we recreate a fresh copy of the Customer Service portal or Add-On
- can we extend the trial?
Please help. I am at edge of my trial..
