I have a requirement to export Contacts (All Active Contacts view) through Dynamic Worksheet option from our CRM online 2015. As you know Dynamic Worksheet, export data to a Microsoft Office Excel worksheet so users can have the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 information any time they view the worksheet.
However I know this works fine for On-premise version because it's uses CRM for outlook Adapter to make bridge between Dynamic Excel and CRM Database.
However I am facing issue for Online version. The excel sheet is not getting updated after clicking Refresh All button in Excel Data tab. For your information we are not using CRM for Outlook for Online CRM for any activity.
Please let me know is it possible to sync Dynamic Excel data from CRM without installing CRM for outlook.
